ClinIQ Tech is intended for use by healthcare professionals and clinic staff.
Users agree to:
Accuracy
Correctness of all patient data entered
Proper Use
Responsible use of the system features
Security
Confidentiality of login credentials
ClinIQ Tech is designed to maintain an accurate, auditable history of each patient consultation, prescription, and laboratory request. Users agree not to alter the date, content, or details of a previously issued prescription or lab request in a way that misrepresents when or for which consultation it was originally issued.
To correct or update a prior prescription or lab request, users must use the platform's Represcribe/Reissue function, which creates a new, properly dated record tied to the correct consultation — preserving the original entry and maintaining a clear, accurate history of care.
In the event of a dispute regarding what was prescribed, requested, or recorded, the system's audit trail and record history shall be treated as the authoritative reference.
ClinIQ Tech aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected downtime may occur.
ClinIQ Tech is built as a Progressive Web App (PWA) designed to work across a wide range of phones, tablets, and computers. However, display performance, refresh rates, and responsiveness may vary depending on the user's device, browser, and internet connection, and are outside our direct control.
Rose & Co. I.T. Solutions is not liable for delays, display issues, or perceived malfunctions caused by the limitations or configuration of a user's personal device or network. Where a device-specific issue is identified, our team will make reasonable efforts to investigate and release compatibility improvements, but this does not constitute an admission of system fault.
ClinIQ Tech is a software tool and is not responsible for:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rose & Co. I.T. Solutions' total liability to a client for any claim arising from the use of ClinIQ Tech — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the equivalent of the client's most recent one (1) month's subscription fee, regardless of the amount or duration of the client's actual paid plan. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from gross negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or use the system unlawfully.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Access remains active until the end of the billing period.
ClinIQ Tech may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service means acceptance of the updated terms.
